All tiers include a $150 monthly brokerage fee and a $500 compliance/transaction fee per closed transaction.
For the Elite Performer Model, the $500 transaction fee replaces a commission split. Transaction fees are capped annually.
Once a tier is earned, agents are grandfathered and can only move up — never down.
