Steve Seymour is a seasoned real estate entrepreneur with over 18 years of experience spanning brokerage, investing, lending, and title services. Licensed as a Realtor in 2006, Steve quickly moved beyond traditional sales and into real estate investing, building a portfolio exceeding $20 million and 70+ units across residential, mixed-use, and commercial properties.

In 2014, driven by frustration with the limitations of conventional brokerage models, Steve founded VRA Realty. What began as a solution for his own business has grown into a full-service brokerage of 100+ agents and over $1.2 billion in total sales volume. VRA Realty was built with a clear purpose: to give agents access to real estate investing knowledge, systems, and opportunities that are often missing in traditional brokerages.

Building on his success in brokerage and investments, Steve launched VRA Capital, extending his investment strategy to offer institutional-quality real estate opportunities to accredited investors. Through VRA Capital, he focuses on income-producing assets designed to create long-term value and sustainable returns.

Steve also serves as the majority owner and CEO of Vanguard Settlement Services, LLC, a title insurance company. This vertically integrated approach allows for greater transparency, efficiency, and quality control across the real estate transaction lifecycle.
